I'll start my blog of with some snacks i made today! I often make puff pastry snacks when i'm bored, because they're easy to make and taste superawesome.
Usually they end up as blobs with food in it, but today i decided to make it look fancy aswell!
This is what they looked like before they went into the oven:
The round ones have little sausages in them, the triangles are with cheese and the square ones have a chocolat filling with some chocolat shavings on top! The four other ones are just small patches of puff pastry with some cheese on top.
After 20 minutes in the oven on 230 degrees Celcius and another 20 on 180 degrees Celcius they come out like this:
Don't they look delicious!
We (my fiancee and i) immediately tasted them and ate them all!
This concludes my first post, any comments, criticism or ideas for more puff pastry snacks are more then welcome!
